This add-on (or one-off) allows me to go with you to your favorite grocery store and SHOW you what it means. We walk through the aisles together, discuss ingredients in your favorite items - sometimes choose alternatives that you are happy with, and I even guide you with future grocery planning to take the guesswork out of your food life.
